The refunds for cancellations will be made according our Terms and Conditions

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least ​30​ days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within ​30​ days of check-in.

However, fully refunded in exceptional circumstances of natural or man-made disaster in Croatia (ie: earthquake, war, unrest), or in the event the accommodation is not able to be occupied ( fire, flooding, or sanitary repairs).
