Ground Floor: includes an airy living room with generous furnishings and flat-screen TV; a well-equipped open-style kitchen, formal dining room, wc, and laundry. The marble staircase leads to the master bedroom, with balcony, ensuite and Jacuzzi, and separate shower; a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with a hallway bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are spacious and enjoy aspects over the pool area and are bright.

Grounds: The large (10m x 4m x 1.6m) swimming pool with teak sundeck with stylish chaise lounges and sun umbrellas, overlooking the beautiful nearby Konavle countryside. A terrace with dining table and traditional stone barbecue (made, incidentally, from the remnants of the centuries’ old stone house that originally stood on the site). The immediate region nearby offers a wide range of holiday activities. There is a idyllic swimming cove approximately 5-7 minutes away by car. Nearby pebbly beaches, along with a range of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, tours, cruise boats, etc. can be found in the waterfront villages of Cavtat and Molunat, a short drive away. Dubrovnik Old Town is just 30 km away (about 30-35 minutes by car). Horseback riding and hiking through the picturesque Prevlaka Park are both just 10 minutes drive away and, locally in Konavle guests can savour some of the regions best traditional restaurants serving meat “under the iron bell” .
